Return Policy

At Maxi-wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your model trucks and model kits. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

### 1. Important Deadlines

* **Cooling-off Period:** You have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

* **Return Shipping:** After your notification or after submitting the digital withdrawal request, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the product to us.

### 2. Return Conditions

To eligible for a full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

* The product must be in its original, undamaged factory packaging (especially crucial for sealed model kits).

* The product must not have been assembled, used, or damaged.

* Please package the return securely to prevent any damage during transit.

### 3. Return Shipping Costs

* The costs for shipping the return from you to us are the responsibility of the customer.

### 4. How to Request a Return

You can start your return process in one of two ways:

1. Use the digital 'Withdrawal Button' within your customer account page on our online store.

2. Send an email to maxi-wheels@hotmail.com including your name and order number.

### 5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned shipment in good order, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs paid for the initial delivery) within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
